 Wisconsin Fast Forward is WFA's new short-form application, designed for easier response to basic and overall requirements of the Baldrige Criteria for Performance Excellence. Fast Forward is particularly recommended for organizations in the beginning stages of their performance journey or those without the time or resources to devote to the full application process. You may also find these materials useful as part of a self-assessment process within your organization.
Organizations who go through the Fast Forward process through Wisconsin Forward Award receive Baldrige-based feedback from members of the Board of Examiners based on their responses to the questions in the Fast Forward workbook, as well as a follow-up session.

The organizational profile should be submitted at least four weeks before the Fast Forward workbook..
Fast Forward Organizational Profile
The organizational profile is required for submission with the Fast Forward workbook.
Fast Forward Workbook
The Fast Forward workbook may be submitted in conjunction with the Intent-to-Apply and the Organizational profile for review and feedback, or it may be used as a stand-alone tool for an organizational self-assessment.
Application Fees
There is a $100 non-refundable intent-to-apply fee due with intent-to-apply materials for all organizations wishing to apply for Fast Forward review.
Application fees due with the FastForward workbook and organizational profile are:
$1000 for governmental entities and charitable service 501c(3) organizations
$2500 for all health care & all for-profit organizations
